So this weekend on my op-shopping expedition I will be keeping my eye out to increase my collection..can't wait to look for cute little nicknacks to fill the new townhouse with.. Oh and of course some amazing peices to add to my first collection..

I just wish I could upload pictures from my iPhone to here.. I used the photobucket app but they upload huge!! :( so confusing..still working on it.

how amazing

images - http://chicheroin.blogspot.com/

Just browsing through some blogs and came across these amazing shots..check out the blog, its pretty damn good!! I am not going to make a habit of re-blogging, but there pictures are just so beautiful!!

fingernails..

grittypretty.com (a fantastic blog, by one of my closest friends, sister, beauty editor at famous magazine, Eleanor Pendleton) is fast becoming the go-to-guide for all beauty advice, news and opinion, has finally done the unthinkable, inspired me to grow my fingernails (also the consistent 'get your fingers out of your mouth' from Mum, Nan, Pop and boyfried).

Eleanor's many-a-post on fingernail's and trendworthy colours made me think back to when I had nails, and how much a change of a colour on your nails can update your entire look.

So to Eleanor, thank you!

So in an effort to keep this up, let me know all your 'stop biting' solutions!

black and white

..was definatly what I was going for today, as I got dressed for work today. White vintage boyfriend blazer, with black slacks, and black pumps, with a statement necklace.
I have a 'not the best picture quality' image, courtsey of my iPhone, however I am yet to work out how to put in on this post...

I will keep trying however..

I have also started photographing the pieces of my first collection, also trying to work out how to upload onto ebay, as my computer does not ever want to co-operate..

If you know how, let me know - elizabethschmeider@live.com.au

Givenchy Couture

After checking my emails this morning, and opening my oh so regualar style.com email, I was delighted with what I found, Givency Fall 2010 Couture.

I think I can safely say without hesitation that never ever has a single image delighted me so much, all this without even looking through the collection. Filled with neutrals and ever so intricate details, Riccardo Tisci, has done an amazing job.

Riccardo Tisci, his inspiration for the collection being Frida Kahlo and her obsession with religion, sensuality and her unfortunate lifelong battle with spinal pain. The dominant motif of the collection was the skeleton, The human skeleton which

'laid out flat in the lace appliqu├ęd on a long tulle column.' style.com

is ever so obvious.

Monday.

This week may be the busiest week of all time, at work I am finally feelig the effects of end of financial year, the effects of being lazy with packing ( witchbi am sure that I will feel come Thursday night) and as work has so grAciously given me Friday off I am sure that I will be neglecting this and all my other social networking ventures, so I am very sorry in advance.....
